We are very sorry for the recent problems with our telephone system. We have been working with our system providers to address these issues and have now installed a new telephone system with new options to help us better manage and direct your calls.
Our telephone options have now changed to the following:-
Option 1 – to make an appointment with a doctor or nurse or to request a home visit.
Option 2 – to ask about your test results. Please note that test results and this option are only available after 14.00pm each day.
Option 3 – to order your repeat prescription. The prescription order line is open between 10:00am and 13:00pm, Monday to Friday. You can also order your repeat prescription online, please speak to a member of the reception team if you would like more information about this service.
Option 4 – to ask about your referral or medical report.
Option 5 – if you have a general enquiry.
