Reception & Support Teams
Reception Teams
Our reception staff are available during our routine opening hours (Mondays-Fridays 08:30 to 18:30). They manage the Practice appointment systems, take requests for home visits and take messages for health professionals etc. They will also advise on the best way to access our services.
All our administrative staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
Support Teams
Our Support Teams are involved in providing administrative clerical support to our GPs and Nurses in addition to the many operation processes that support the smooth running of the practice.
Dispensers
Our highly trained Dispensers are available every day to help you with your prescriptions and any questions you may have about your medication.
We dispense to patients who live more than one mile from a chemist. The Practice offers a dispensing service to patients in the following villages:

Patients taking repeat medication who have not been seen in the last 12 months may be asked to make an appointment with their Doctor or Nurse for a medication review of their treatment.
If you wish to order your repeat medicines online please ask to register for this at reception. We will need a form of personal identification e.g. driving licence or passport to set this up for you.
When ordering your repeat prescriptions please allow a minimum of 72 working hours for your medication to be dispensed before you collect it.
